For MIXING, You export every single stem in full length of the song. To do so solo your mixer channel for that instrument and render the song in full length. Do that with every mixer channel you used along with an understandable name!

For MASTERING, you need to send the full mixed song in 44100 hz, 24 bit, .wav file. Make sure the file should have a headroom of 6db (the voloume of the loudest part of the song should not exceed -6 db) after mixing.

We would be providing you a separate email address once you start working with us, on which we promise to reply within 2 hours.

You can give feedback and and ask for revisions via that mail.

We need 1-2 days to return your project. In unavoidable circumstances, we might take at max 3 days.
